[ANN] KirbyBase 2.2.1

I would like to announce version 2.2.1 of KirbyBase, a simple, pure-Ruby
database management system that stores it's data in plain-text files.

This is a small, bugfix only release.

* Fixed a bug in with_write_lock. Thanks to Zed A. Shaw for this bugfix.
* Fixed a bug that occurred if @record_class was a nested class. Thanks
to Hal Fulton for this bugfix.
