Applet hides Modal Window

Hi All,

I am facing one problem for which i am getting any help.

My applet is calling javascript function on mouseClickEvent. This
javascript function actually creates Modal window.

Actually I want to show the modal window on the applet. But Applet
hides the Modal window where applet is loaded. Outside the applet it
is showing perfectly.

What could be the reason? Is there any work around for it ?

Please reply me as it is very urgent.
