I have to create a web page with some drag and drop and dynamic positining.
Does anyone know any ASP.NET controls which we could use.

I believe you would have to develop custom controls for this. The problem
is, when you drag and drop, your client side elements (and their
corresponsing server-side Controls) are dependent upon one another via
client-side JavaScript. You could certainly write some custom Controls that
support this, and it could be an interesting challenge to do so.
