Asp.net web application problem.

Hello every one!

I have uploaded my ASp.net web application on a server, but it has some
problems:
It works fine for some time, but after some time it gives error "Null object
reference exception.
When I change the "global.ascx" and ".dll" file in "bin" directory it works
fine for some time again, and then the same problem.

On my local server there is no problem of this type.

Can any one help me figuring out the error and suggest the corrections.
