aspnet_wp.exe (PID: 3312) stopped unexpectedly

When i try to execute :

StrCon=new OracleConnection();
StrCon.ConnectionString=ConfigurationSettings.AppSettings["OracleCon"];
OracleGlobalization SessionGlob = StrCon.GetSessionInfo();

in my C# web application I get this error.
