AtlasToolbox AutoCompleteExtender and GreyBox

Has anyone successfully managed to get the Altas Toolbox
AutoCompleteExtender working inside a GreyBox control?

While I've got the code and code-behind working fine, the "dropdown"
panel is being displayed about off the bottom of the page.
