Axis Tcp Transport

I need to run a SOAP server on my Java application (service on win32 &
daemon on UNIX), since I can't use a web server I want to use the Axis
Tcp Transport option.
My problem is that I can't understand what and how to do it, I read
theuser-guide and others stuff I found but it's made more confused.
If someone have a good and simple explanation how and what to do or
even better a small example its will very appreciated.

Download the binary version of AXIS. Inside the .zip file you could find a samples folder with an example of tcp transport in the path: samples/transport/tcp.
