BTNS_WHOLEDROPDOWN style in CToolBar

When I use the BTNS_WHOLEDROPDOWN style to create a toolbar button
that contains the arrow within the button space, the toolbar will
truncate the last button in the toolbar by the width of the arrow.
Has anyone found a fix for this.
