C#.Net 2.0 accessing IIS Virtual Directory question

Hi,

I am developing my ServiceWeb on the C#.Net 2.0.
While using the System.IO.Directory.GetFiles method, I only get the
subdirectories from the client's PC.
Is there a method which similiar the Directory.GetFiles but I can get the
the subdirectories in my IIS's Virtual Directory?
