Cache object expiration

Hello All,

If I set the absolute expiration date of a cache object to 01/20/2006. When
exactly does that expire?

Is it at 01/20/2006 11:59:59 p.m. or is it at 01/20/2006 12:00:00 a.m.?

I am going to go with 12:00:00 a.m.

My reasoning is that if you create a new DateTime with year 2006, month
1, and day 20, the time for that DateTime defaults to 12:00:00 a.m.
