Can't use Management Express with aspnetdb.mdb

Would like to write more complex SQL with the SQL Server Management Express'
Designer but trying to attach the ASPNETDB.MDB database causes errors.
Are these two things incompatible?

This tool is done to manage "SQL Server" engines. MDB files are a totally
different thing (this is the "Jet" engine format used by the Microsoft
Access product).
