Changing Project Name

I run into this problem a lot and don't know how to fix
it. I create a web project in a folder location for
example C:\Test\ProjectName and later decide I want to
move the prject to a different folder location or change
the project name. Then I get errors saying file paths
don't match.

My question: When changing a folder location or project
name what do you all have to do to get it to work. I
have played around with the vbproj folder but don't see
anything about folder locations.
