CMS for login.aspx page

We have a number of existing asp.net applications where our clients
now want to content manage the login page. The applications have not
been developed with content management in mind and its really just the
login.aspx page that they want to manage the content for.

Is there a (simple) content management system that can be "retro-
fitted" to manage the home pages of these applications?
