coding to comunicate with serial port using c#

to whom may concern...im final year student doing a project usin
handphone to create wireless communication. im finding difficulties t
get the codes to connect to serial port using c#(visual studio .ne
2000)...kindly guide me plz...

There's no built in class to do this in .NET 1.x. THere is in .NET 2.0 which
was just released...

For 1.x there are several free libraries out that you can use for serial
communication.
