Color-coded JProgressBar?

I'd like to use something like a vertical JProgressBar to
visualize the fill level of a container (a kanban card box,
in this case).

Can I define different colors (green, yellow, red)
for the parts of the progress bar corresponding to
normal, almost-full resp. critical fill-level, e. g.
based on percentages?

Any other out-of-the-box- control I could use to
achieve this?
