I created a TableCell object and I want to set the BackColor property to
#F7DFB5. How do I do this? It requires System.Drawing.Color, but Color has
no constructor so I a bit perplexed.

Try Color.FromRgb (0xf7, 0xdf, 0xb5)

Try Color myColor = ColorTranslator.FromHtml("#F7DFB5");
