Component version management

Hi all,

VB6 allowed binary compatibility to allow using an old component with a
newer base component.

How can this be achieved when working with VB.Net?

Versioning is now controlled via the config file.

If you want to bind to a specific version, you need to redirect that
assembly by configuring the dependentAssembly.
