create http image content with c++

In java, we can write a servlet and deliver image content to the
response, for example,

//in my servlet class:


BufferedImage mapImage = myTookKit.generateMap(String address);
response.setContentType("image­/png");
OutputStream os = response.getOutputStream();
ImageIO.write(buffer, "png", os);
os.close();


Is there anyway to do this with c++?
