creating dynamic pages from a template page

i have a template.aspx page.
in this page i have menu,images and so on
and some data+title that are added by a user from an admin panel.
the thing is that i want to take this page nad let the user from the admin
panel, to type in a new name for the page,
the template.aspx wil be duplicated to game.aspx , and game.aspx will load
data that is relevent for him
the thing that i need is how in the game.aspx i can read the data from an
xml for example, and insert the data into diffrent parts of the page? beacuse
i assume that when i create the new file of game.aspx i cant creae a "code
behind " for it
