Crystal is not installed on production server.

I just did a comparison of the assemblies on our test server and our
production server and see that the test server has Crystal installed and
production doesn't. How do I install Crystal on the production machine?

Difference question - do you have to buy Crystal Reports ? I see it in VS
2003 but it's only on my machine and I can't find installs for it anywhere.
