CSS layout recommendations

Anyone care to recommend some nice css layout designs that I can try for
a different look on a website?
It would be quite helpful to see how a site could look by changing the
stylesheets.

A stylesheet is made for a certain set of HTML elements though. If
you'd just pick someone's stylesheet, it's very unlikely to display
properly on the HTML set you have for it.

Is there a tutorial on how someone can change the look of a site by
clicking on a lin (or picture) and it gives a different feel/colour etc?
I have seen these elsewhere

Please quote the relevant bits of the message you are replying to, so
