DataTable and Hyperlink Column

Can someone please tell me how I create a hyperlink column in a datatable...

I have the following Sub that creates a datatable from my Active Directory
but I would like to be able to turn the email column into a link so it
automatically opens an email!

I realise I have to create a mailto: link but am not sure how you create a
link column programatically in a datatable in ASP.NET
