Default user for Impersonation

What user does the system default to if I have <identity impersonate="true"/>
in my web.config file? Authentication mode= "None"

It should be the user account used for anonymous access (which by default is
IUSR_<MACHINE_NAME, but can be configured using INETMGR.EXE to be someone
else).
