display images in datalist

hi all

i want to display some products in a a datalist with their pictures and model-number.
pictures are stored in a web folder, in which each picture is saved with its corresponding url, containing thier corresponding model-number.

HOW CAN I DISPLAY THEM ON A DATALIST, WITH THIER MODEL-NUMBER SHOWN BELOW EACH IMAGE?

can anyone help me in detail?
