dll instantiation issue.

hi All,
Iam trying to write a dll with a class with all shared properties. This
dll refers System.Web dll. My problem is that this dll is not having any
face ( any pages associated with it ), but i do want to make sure that
this class is instantiated.

Ideally i would like to just drop this dll in Web/bin folder ..., and
have it instantiated, is this even possible ? ( i cant change any web files)

any help/views would be appreciated ...
