Double Reference Operator?

I looked at MSDN for more vector information. I notice the function
like below.

vector(
vector&& _Right
);

Please explain why double reference operator is used instead of single
reference operator. What is this for?

Can you please write an example how to use double reference operator?

It's not a "double reference" operator. You should know that '&&' is a
single token in C++. The declaration involving '&&' designation yields
an "r-value reference". Please look it up on the Web and MSDN.
