Is there anyway to get Eclipse to add all relevant class path entries
from your Eclipse project into the manifest file generated when
exporting a jar?

from your Eclipse project into the manifest file generated when
exporting a jar?

If you can get Eclipse to use your ant script, you can use genJar.
Together with the Ant <manifest command you can build elaborate
manifests.
