Eclipse JEE 3.4 and JBoss 5 (Missing classpath entry)

Hello,

Trying to add external JBoss server as a running environment to Eclipse.
When selecting JBoss 5.0 from Eclipse selection list and browsing to JBoss
directory in harddisk Eclipse throws exception: Missing classpath entry.

Can anyone point me how to resolve this?
