File upload and quota problem

Dear all,

My company is a web hosting company that provides ASP hosting, but recently
I encountered a difficulty that is people are trying to upload with ASP and
thus the owner of the uploaded file is not set to their identity. The
result is that they can upload unlimited files without being stopped by the
disk quota system.

Any idea how could I tackle this?

Set the restriction directly on their drive/folder (or whatever your using
for your clients) via the server itself (assuming your not the author of the
upload script that is).
