Can I use Firefox as text browser by disabling
Style sheets or does a text browser do more than that?

Opera has very good text browsing abilities, as well as disabling
various other parts of a page, eg. frames, tables, etc.

With the Web Developer toolbar, you just press Ctrl-Shift-S. Try it and
see.

Sure. Actually, less.
Is it freeware?

Jeez Louise. Where have you been, Luigi?

Does Opera do more than Firefox in this context?

Yes. No. Why not install it and find out? Live a little. Be
frivolous!

Opera seems to have several user mode
options.
None of these seemed to show big problems for the page
https://www.scaiecat-spa-gigi.com/sv/faktaomitalien.php
at least as much as accessibility is concerned but perhaps I am being too
optimistic...
Does the accessibilty layout take into account blind people´s needs?
Is it compatible with aural devices?

Blindness might be an asset here...

When you click on "install now" on this page
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/60/
you open a window.
In this window you get a message
that Web developer 1.0.2
is unsigned

because it will steal your first born...

Just install it Luigi, I have installed on my Firefox, there is no
terrorist threat in the extension and it would *really* be helpful for you.

Luigi is a huge fan of Semiotics.
He seems to be so caught up in metalinguistic niceties that a
straight forward sentence has almost no meaning for him.

Thousands of us are using it. Just Do It.

All of us are wondering why you bother to come here for advice, because
you never take it.
