FireFox display and mouse click event lost

Hi javascript group,

I hope someone out there can help me out with a problem I am having. In
FireFox 1.0, the popup divs for the autocomplete control and the
calendar control are appearing far below where they should be, it works
fine in IE:

Another problem is that the autocomplete control sometimes does not
fire the click event. For the life of me I can't seem to figure out
why. Try clicking some cities from the autocomplete popup... sometimes
it works, sometimes not.

Does anyone know a better autocomplete control that I could use? The
one I grabbed from http://www.codeproject.com/jscript/jsactb.asp seems
to be a little flaky.
