How do you format the current page number while paging a datagrid? so that
"3" below is bolded.
1 2 *3* 4 5 6
I found the the PagerStyle-CssClass="<classname>" will format the numbers
*except* the current page.
I want to do something like you see in Google where there are say 10 pages
of results and current one is red and bold.
