Javascript using the name of the frame as the identifier. setInterval
or setTimeout would probably be what you'd want.

For what reason ?

I want connect to a computer without a user, with a internet-connection
witch will started by open a intranet-site.
This site skip the connection after ~ 2 minutes. Now i try to refresh this
intranet-site in a subframe by a mainframe and hope this computer will be
online for a longer time.

Do you mean that you have a webpage on a intranet webpage with a frame
to an online webpage?

Not sure what you mean by skip. Also does "this site" refer to the
*intranet* site or the *internet* site?

Which way do you have this? Are you accessing an *intranet* site on your
LAN that has a frame to an *internet* page, or are you trying to frame
an *intranet* page in an online *internet* site?

What you you expecting, for him to write the script for you? Did you
even try:

BTW his answer was spot-on for what is most likely a less-than-ideal web
design problem...

I don't understand your englis (i am french speaking)....
He want to avoid this situation:

I now know this, but i did not know why he want an auto-refresh whe i
asked the question "> For what reason ?"
Now i know and i understand why he asked ....

But i have no solution except your test located at :
