Frames

Hi,

I have a website, www.ghost-hunters.org.uk I have 3 frames. Top, left (menu)
& middle (main).

In the left (menu) frame I have a javascript popup menu, where when you
hover your mouse over an item another menu pops out to the right. In order
to accomodate this Ive had to make the left (menu) frame wider than id like.
Is there a way that I can make the popouts of the menu "go over" the middle
(main) so I can have the left (menu) frame smaller?

Many Thanks

Mark

No. One of the less annoying limitations of frames.

Get rid of the popouts and just have the 18 menu items all listed under
each other in the left-hand frame. That way you can have it very narrow if
you use narrow buttons or simpler text-links to your pages.

Forget the frames a minute. This image is displayed as a thumbnail at
90x60 pixels.

The image is really 1346x760 and runs to 205k!!! Duh! Re-size the
thumbnail in a graphics's package and use the smaller image as a
thumbnail - do that for every thumbnail you're using.

Did it not occur to you that some poor schmuck will have to download
massive images that they may not want to view?

I am still laughing. You are so correct.

Hi mark!

Your menu doesn't work at all with the Opera. Your links don't work.
Even my cursor stays as an arrow when I hover them.
And of course I can't see any popup menus.
