FrameWork Version 1.0 - 1.1

I installed VS.Net and WebMatrix on my computer running W2000.

VS.Net installation wizard install automatically Framework 1.0.

Later I installed Framework 1.1 so now I have 2 versions of Framework on my
computer.

When I load VS.Net or WebMatrix they recognize Framework 1.0.

What should I do in order that both programs recognize Framework 1.1.

Can anybody help me ?
