explain a little more fully what you need...?

It sounds to me like you are attempting to describe Remote Scripting
("AJAX"). You can look at Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX, or for a more lightweight
solution that's easier to learn, find "Anthem.Net" on Sourceforge.net.
