Help ! XML file complain CWM.

Hello all.

I have to generate XML file complains to CWM (Common Warehouse Metamodel).
I have found some information about CWM, but I have no idea hot to "get
down" from
all these abstract stuff, for example how I can get list of CWM's XML tags ?

Any ideas where start from ?
