If you mean in a HTML-file from internet,
using a standard browser,
you cannot.

It would be a serious breach of security if you could.
I could wipe/reformat your hard disk!

every hacker in the world would love to be able to do that at will. In
short, you can't in a default security environment.

browser environment) is to use the Windows Script Host and the WshShell
