How do I detect mouse configuration?

Hello,

I would like to be able to interrogate the mouse configuration to get
which button is defined as the secondary button (most people have the
right mouse button as their secondary button).

Is there a way to do this? I have looked around using Google and on
the Sun site, but may be using the wrong terminology to get the proper
results.
