how to incluce file form another server

I ahve php file on server that get's information from database..
but i want to take processed php file and get the data
form it and disply it in ASP

You could 'screen scrape' the data by making a web request for the
page and parsing the data you need out of the response.

Take a look at WebClient and HttpWebRequest classes.
