How to move a robot with key

I'm a student and i'm not sure how to move a robot with keys. When i press VK_UP it should move(); does anybody know how to do that thanks.

Could you be more specific about the robot? If it is a drawing of a
robot, you can implement KeyListener and then trigger an action after
the keystroke.

Step 1: open the book
Step 2: read the lesson
Step 3: do the exercises (in the order presented)
Step 4: get value for the money you are paying for your education.

Who knows, these days? If George W. Bush can get into Yale...

Nevertheless, Google seems to indicate that this "JKarel" thing exists
at several universities as a teaching tool. Harvard only has the first
few links. The original source is unclear, and isn't even described in
the official documentation.

Interestingly enough, JKarel apparently uses a simplified Java-like
language, rather than Java itself. That means it's not only incredibly
odd and amusing that someone assumes we all know what JKarel is; but
also basically off-topic for this newsgroup.
