How to see the outgoing SOAP envelop

Hi All,

I would really appriciate if someone could tell me how to see the
outgoing SOAP envelop.

I'm using .Net(c#) and have created a class using the web service. When
I'm calling one of the method it seems it is not creating any tag for
the NULL parameters. There is a requirement like if I pass a NULL for an
ID it gets me all the IDs from the database. So I want to check how it
is creating the soap envelop.
