How to take adavantage of the stylebuilder?

I am writing my own web control which has a couple of custom (css) style
properties which it applies to various items. I want the designer to
display the 'Style Builder' UI from the properties window for my control, as
when editing the 'style' property on other stock web controls.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

No one from Microsoft was able to reply to that ??

If it's not possible to do that, then WHY not ?
Why also having put the CssStyleCollection to readonly?
