IIS 5 and ASP.NET

is IIS 6 required? If so, is it as simple
as installing the dot Net Framework in order

yes it can. You just need the framework

It isn't usually any more complicated than installing the .NET
redistributable and ADO 2.7 on a Windows 2000 machine that has IIS
installed.
