Hi, I am new to C and have completed a few simple exercises.
I want to know how I would go about writing a program which asks the user to enter 2 two-bit numbers e.g. the user would have to enter 01 for 1 and 00 for 0 and have the program add it together. I am stuck and would appreciate the help - this is meant to be a simple task yet I am having trouble getting my head around it.
