IOError in Displaying page

Hi all,

While i am rendering or displaying page after processing request iam
getting an error page saying IOError

If i refresh the page iam getting the original page which i wanted.

what is the problem and how to solve it.

I believe with the given information it is not really possible to answer
your question. How are you rendering, how are you displaying - are you
using RoR? How does your code look like... and so on.
