As David said, you can access it directly, but possibly easier is to use
an extension in FF that allows you to view the CSS, like the web
developer extension: http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/

extensions last night, but I didn't see this one.

View source of the document. Find the <link rel="StyleSheet" entry,
copy the stylesheet path/name, paste into the address line, hit enter
and you now see the style sheet (assuming you did everything
correctly).
