Hi
I'm trying to program a movie player that plays horizontally on the screen
rather than the usual vertical. I've tried taking a continuous stream of
snapshots with
byte[] raw = videoControl.getSnapshot("encoding=jpeg");
resizing and rotating them 90degrees and pasting these onto a canvas. But
it's too slow. Has anyone got any ideas of getting round this - I was
thinking about tricking the program into thinking it was already 90 degrees
rotated, because continually resizing and rotating Image's on the fly just
isn't going to work at full colour resolutions > 200px.
