Java Installer

Hello, I wonder if anyone could recommend a java installer based on
this wish list (in order of importance!):

1. It must be able to install everything from CD.
2. It must handle unsigned jar files.
3. It must be free or low cost.
4. It must be pretty straightforward to use.

I'm finding that webstart really needs the jars to be signed & I don't
really want to do this.

Many thanks!

Kevin.

Why?

Many folks balk at the cost of getting a 'signed certificate'
that is verified by a CA*, but you can write your own for free.

So long as the user trusts you, it works just fine..
(see my JWS launched PhySci project for
an example)

* Earlier discussions in this group suggested there were
ways to get CA 'verified' signatures for free as well, but
I never followed it up.
