Hi,
I've been reading with great interest about how Policy Files will extend the
traditional Same-Origin policy when it comes to Java Sockets from 1.6-10.
What I haven't seen is anything regarding reading connectionless UDP
messages from hosts other than the code-base. Does anyone know of any such
work being undertaken? Out of the scope of the current Policy Files? Too
hard? Or paragraph 2 on tutorial X provides an example?
I know this would have to be configured on the usually-receiving client as
opposed to the usually-the-target server but what else?
Cheers Richard Maher
